We are looking for a talented D&E Support Associate to join our Data & Enablement team at Experian.
This role will involve assisting with client onboarding activities, account provisioning duties, and other data management initiatives in support of various Employer Services service offerings.
Responsibilities- Manage Client Onboarding and Account Provisioning Activities
- Contribute to Data Management Initiatives
- Collaborate with Internal Teams to Deliver Employer Services Service Offerings
- 3+ years previous experience within advanced client service environment with emphasis on managing intake request queues, client onboarding tasks, account registration activities, data quality initiatives, and ongoing data management or equivalent.
- Excellent problem solver with strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Action-oriented individual with good judgment and dependability.
