Job Description
The Senior Financial Analyst has the responsibility of providing intermediate and advanced support through all phases of the financial planning and analysis processes.
This includes supporting all phases of the incentive compensation planning process, working on cross-functional projects, and collaborating with the People team to ensure key analytics and comments are provided in executive and board-level presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Forecast modeling, monthly accruals, and reporting for company-wide incentive compensation programs.
- Partner with the People team to ensure key analytics and comments are provided in executive and board-level presentations.
- Provide support on analytical, forecasting, month-end, and variance analysis reporting and Ad Hoc projects based on business needs.
Requirements
- A post-graduate qualification in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or other quantitative field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning or equivalent.
- Analysis processes, modelling, business intelligence tools, and data science experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal & written English skills.
- Detail and data quality-oriented and capable of summarizing and effectively communicating findings/analysis to senior stakeholder management.
