Citi is looking for a talented FP&A professional to join our ICG O&T Latam Regional Team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing analytical support to the team and their business partners. Your duties will include:
- Developing analytical support to help the team make informed decisions.
- Working closely with the ICG O&T FP&A LATAM Regional team to understand their objectives and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Applying your analytical skills to evaluate processes and data and make recommendations for improvement.
- Communicating complex financial concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Participating in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in accounting and/or finance, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You should also be able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with others. Additionally, you will need to be bilingual in English and Spanish and have a proven track record of success in a similar role. Other key qualifications include attention to detail, ability to work independently, and ability to challenge the status quo.
