Job Description:

As a project coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, including coordinating processes and phases, creating and distributing weekly project status reports, communicating project expectations, and proactively managing changes in project scope, schedule, resources, and budget.

You will also execute implementation project plans and timelines with a focus on timeliness, accuracy, and seamless communication, enabling cross-functional team communications and contributing to a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and open communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage project lifecycle processes and phases
  • Create and distribute weekly project status reports
  • Communicate project expectations
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, schedule, resources, and budget
  • Execute implementation project plans and timelines
  • Enable cross-functional team communications
  • Contribute to a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and open communication
  • Maintain detailed project documentation
  • Consolidate and regularly distribute overall project status reporting and dashboards
  • Participate in internal/external status meetings
  • Engage with stakeholders and align content
  • Support development and editing of internal communications
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in business administration, management information systems, or a related field, and possess excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills, team orientation, flexibility, problem-solving thinking, self-motivation, analytical skills, and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, CIS, business management, or related field
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of SCRUM framework
- CSM certification a plus
