About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Processing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing compliant operations by delivering Global Field Operations services from deal consultancy to contract closure across the Lead-to Order and Order to Cash processes.

You will drive deal pipeline to foster proactive deal support and consultation to field stakeholders and resolution of queries through validations process with the Field stakeholders to maximize deal velocity.

Additionally, you will evaluate deals and non-standard scenarios through Deal Desk and ensure ongoing accuracy of contracts/orders/engagements/agreements through delivery lifecycle working with relevant areas and domain roles on contract amendments & order maintenance to ensure compliant operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure ongoing accuracy of contracts/orders/engagements/agreements through delivery lifecycle working with relevant areas and domain roles on contract amendments & order maintenance to ensure compliant operations.
  • Support business operations by displaying appropriate level of business knowledge.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain or related field.
  • 2+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement OR equivalent experience.
  • Business level fluency to read, write, and speak English and Spanish.
