**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our Tax Finance team at Amzn Support Srvcs Costa Rica.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced financial professional to drive initiatives and goals with product leaders and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive planning and budgeting and related deliverables, ensuring financial discipline and compliance.
- Prepare financial metrics, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
- Manage and execute entire projects or components of large projects from start to finish.
- Provide controllership over several variable costs of the business.
- Anticipate business requirements, trends, and variances; develop action plans; measure and analyze results; initiate corrective actions; minimize the impact of negative variances.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience operating successfully in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, and have the ability to influence the decisions of senior business leaders through effective verbal and written communication, logical reasoning, and the presentation of alternatives.
- Solid business judgment capable of driving an organization to the right results with a focused, pragmatic, approach to the business.
- Be attentive to details and possess the ability to deal with ambiguity.
- FP&A experience a plus.
- Experience with Cognos TM1 a plus.
- Experience with IBM Planning Analytics for Excel (PAx) a plus.
