About the Role
\The Balance Sheet Management Intermediate Analyst is a key position that contributes to the governance of funding, investing, and analytics of the balance sheet. The successful candidate will be responsible for participating in managing liquidity and interest rate risk, capital/legal entity structure, and capital planning as well as managing rating agency relationships.
\Main Responsibilities
\- Manage commercial paper and securitization activities; liquidity, accrual risk oversight, and transfer pricing.
- Identify and resolve complex problems using autonomous judgment.
- Implement workflow or process change and redesign, and use a comprehensive knowledge of the specific function.
- Develop and maintain regular reporting or process administration as an owner.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve objectives and improve processes.
- Mentor junior-level employees and provide guidance and support.
Requirements
\- 3+ years of experience in finance or accounting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
