As a Product Quality Solutions Expert at Intel, you will be part of a team that is passionate about customer technology enabling and program management. Your role will involve solving technical issues, accelerating learning, and growing together with internal partners to drive business goals.
In this position, you will provide technical support and leadership for the resolution of customer quality and/or reliability problems with Intel products. You will partner with various technical support teams to coordinate and perform product functional analysis, data analysis, physical analysis, reported failure correlation on customer returns for issue investigation and resolution.
Your responsibilities will include working closely with field sales teams, division, and factory for problem resolution and corrective action to prevent re-occurrence of the problem. You may also interact with customers directly in certain circumstances. Additionally, you will perform technical investigation on customer returns including component, module, and system, and conduct basic component and system testing in a lab environment.
You will be an advocate of customer voice to the internal teams and compose and publish technical investigation reports to customers for issue closure. You will strive to proliferate shared learning across sites and maintain necessary records and reports of customer issue closure.
The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis skills and technical problem-solving skills, as well as verbal, written communication and presentation skills in English to present complex issues with clarity to drive decisions. You will be willing to work independently to set clear expectations, measure results, and prioritize tasks to meet engineering and business goals of the program.
