Job Summary

The Roaming Network Tester is responsible for performing IREG testing based on GSM standards. This role focuses on network set-up and testing of roaming partners to implement new roaming agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • IREG Testing
    • Perform IREG testing using established methodologies.
    • Support all required activities to ensure process controls are adhered to and completed in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent work experience.
    • 2+ years experience working in a IREG testing environment preferred.

Skills and Abilities

  • Technical Skills
    • Strong understanding of GSM standards and testing methods.
    • Formal software testing methodologies.
    • Integration testing.
    • Conformance testing.
    • Module and Functional testing.

Interpersonal and Communication Skills

  • Customer Service
    • Exceptional customer service skills and demeanor.
    • Innovative ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical clients.

Travel Requirements

  • 30% travel required.
