Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Technical Lead to join our F3 Retail Support (F3RS) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improve decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain expertise in new technologies and techniques to support product innovation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable infrastructure for data extraction, processing, and delivery
- Lead the management of high-quality technical roadmaps for end-to-end process automation
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop recommendations for implementation
- Engage stakeholders in constructive dialogues to convert business problems into logic problems that can be solved with data, statistics, and scripting

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, or a related field
- Proficient in Python programming language for automation of processes and computation
- Experience working with cloud computing infrastructure, such as AWS products and environment (Redshift, Quicksight, EMR, EC2, S3)
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and/or agile development environment with emphasis on analytical practices
