Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Data Researcher. In this role, you will be responsible for retrieving and entering accurate information from various computer and web-based systems related to an applicant's history. This includes conducting thorough searches and retrieving relevant documents, locating and verifying information quickly and accurately, and communicating effectively with courts and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Retrieval and entry of accurate information from multiple sources
- Thorough searches and retrieval of relevant documents
- Verification of information and supply of timely updates
- Communication with courts and other stakeholders
- Duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree preferred, specializing in Criminal Justice a plus
- 1-3 years of related work experience
- Familiarity with FCRA and TazWorks background screening software a plus
- Strong internet research skills and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Type 60 words per minute
- Independent and detail-oriented with ability to work under deadlines
