Job Description:

As a Risk Analyst, you'll play a critical role in reviewing customer accounts that demonstrate potentially suspicious activity from various risk tools.

You'll analyze customer behavior and transactions, researching linked fraud trends and data points to identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • - Review high-risk transactions related to authentication, chargebacks, and transactional or recurring billing data
  • - Support risk policy analysis and provide suggestions for strategy optimization
  • - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct ad hoc research, impact analysis, and validate issue remediation processes

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

  • - 2+ years working in call center operations or risk reduction analyst role
  • - Strong oral and written communication skills
  • - Strong documentation and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • - Experience profiling data, including data discovery, cleansing, and analysis
  • - Previous e-commerce or retail fraud prevention and investigation experience
  • - Ability to prioritize and be a self-starter to provide deliverables within expected timeframe
