Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Site Accountant Analyst to join our team at Equifax. The successful candidate will have validated experience working with the full accounting cycle and compliance reporting for local and corporate purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire Accounts Payable process from start to finish, including booking invoices, validating compliances requirements, matching PO's, and booking prepayments
  • Prepare and post monthly journal entries related to intercompany transactions, accruals, benefits, and reclassifications between accounts
  • Support the preparation of financial statements by gathering necessary documentation and providing details on account activity
  • Assist with the review and processing of travel and expense reports, including credit card reconciliations and prepaids
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established standards of accounting records
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives within the accounting department to drive efficiency and best practices

Requirements:

  • BA/BS in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting or audit with a focus on compliance reporting
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Proficiency in B2 English
