Responsabilidades del Cargo
• Planificar y organizar eventos de gran escala, como banquetes y conferencias,
• Coordinar con los proveedores y equipos de apoyo para garantizar que todos los detalles estén cubiertos,
• Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de ventas para identificar oportunidades de negocio y desarrollar estrategias para cerrar contratos,
• Establecer y mantener relaciones con los clientes clave y partners,
• Supervisar y evaluar el desempeño del personal asignado al departamento de eventos,

Escrítase Bajo: Desarrollar y ejecutar planes de marketing y promoción para aumentar la visibilidad y atractivo de nuestros servicios de eventos,

Aptitudes y Experiencia Requeridas
- Título universitario o certificado equivalente en turismo, hotelera o campo relacionado,
- Al menos 2 años de experiencia en la industria de los hoteles o centros de convenciones en roles gerenciales o supervisores,
- Excelentes habilidades comunicativas y líderes,
- Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente dinámico y cambiar rápidamente entre diferentes prioridades y proyectos,
- Conocimientos avanzados de software de gestión de eventos y herramientas de marketing digital,
