As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the global process of financial data entry into Moody's internal databases.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support documents download processes
- Support new deal set-ups, data capture, lifecycle data maintenance, and data quality assurance for designated LOBs
- Perform administrative tasks, including data updates, prepares rating actions, bulk rating actions, publishing ratings, research, and press release templates
- Monitor mailboxes to ensure timely handling of internal and external client requests
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Industrial Engineering
- Entry-level position with some relevant work experience and/or internship experience
- Knowledge of analyzing financial documents and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
