Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced payables coordinator to join our team at Re:Sources Global. This role involves performing daily payable tasks, including processing media vendor invoices, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring timely payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Process media vendor invoices and resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Maintain close communication and alignment with NYSS counterparts, agencies, vendors, and other parties
- Analyze and resolve discrepancies found in vendor invoices
- Generate and analyze reports needed on the media process
- Conduct trainings for new hires and attend meetings with clients and suppliers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
- At least 1 year of experience in accounts payable roles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
