We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Audit Lead to join our team at Fusionhit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating internal and external audit processes, while also managing cybersecurity policies and conducting risk and vulnerability assessments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate internal and external audit processes, including collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manage cybersecurity policies, conduct risk and vulnerability assessments to safeguard information assets.
- Implement and maintain GRC frameworks like PCI DSS, SOC 2, and SOC 1, ensuring compliance with current standards.
- Develop and update GRC policies, communicate these effectively within the organization.
- Handle incident response, including planning, investigation, and reporting on security incidents.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of professional GRC experience with a focus on Cyber Security and Audits.
- Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, IT, or related field.
- Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISA, CISM.
- Strong knowledge of PCI DSS, SOC 2, and SOC 1 frameworks.
- Experience in managing external audits.
- Excellent communication skills, analytical mindset, and proficiency in risk assessment tools.
