About Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced front-end developer who can lead our team and deliver high-quality web solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

They will also have experience working with popular JavaScript frameworks and cross-browser compatibility.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Leading a team of front-end developers to deliver high-quality web solutions
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure that all aspects of project delivery are considered
  • Providing technical guidance and support to junior team members
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Developing and maintaining high-quality code that is efficient, scalable, and secure

What We Are Looking For:

  • At least 4+ years of experience working exclusively with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
  • Expert knowledge of recent development patterns and practices (Mobile First, MVC, Object-Oriented development)
  • Proficiency with popular JavaScript frameworks and cross-browser compatibility
  • Work experience configuring, using, and troubleshooting tools such as process automation & scripting (e.g. Webpack or Gulp)
  • Minimum of 1 year of proven track record as a technical team leader, communication, teamwork, and leadership skills experience required
  • Expert knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
  • Expert cross-browser and responsive development
  • Expert knowledge of pre-processed CSS styling (SASS)
  • Capable of configuring automation tools such as Webpack or Gulp and including everyday project tasks such as pre-processing, minification, code obfuscation, etc.
  • Knowledge of design patterns (e.g., model-view-controller, observer, object-oriented, etc.) and working with several mainstream libraries and frameworks (React, PUG, or any other)
  • Capable of designing and choosing a quality assurance process for the project, including guidelines for unit tests, load testing, performance testing
  • Capable of writing code compliant with modern accessibility (e.g. ARIA, WCAG, Microformats, ADA, RDF) and SEO guidelines and best practices
  • Capable of working with new technologies and building proof of concept prototypes
  • Capable of troubleshooting, debugging, and doing root cause analysis of web platform issues

Desirable Skills:

  • BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline; or equivalent experience as Software Developer
  • Experience in digital agencies projects, web development projects, SCRUM/Agile software projects
  • Working experience with Veeva
  • Working experience Redux / Nextjs
  • Working experience with .Net projects
  • Working experience with AZURE (DevOps / CI)
