In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with assigned managers to support a smooth interview and assessment process. You will promote the Ecolab brand to build and maintain a reputation as an Employer of Choice, and develop effective marketplace recruitment strategies in collaboration with HR Business Partners and other Talent Acquisition team members.
You will also attend career fairs/recruiting events, develop internal and external networks to support passive sourcing efforts, and participate in other HR projects as needed.
The minimum qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business or equivalent, and 3 to 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience. You must also be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, have excellent communication skills, and be able to multi-task effectively.
