**Role Description**
The Consumer Engagement Manager will play a vital role in supporting the management of our brands and coordinating the implementation and analysis of insights projects.
Main Tasks:
- Spearhead the execution of brand plans, focusing on meeting objectives while adhering to IMS and external regulations.
- Dive into trade insights, consumer insights, and competitor information to derive meaningful recommendations for brand deployment.
- Create engaging presentations highlighting key findings and conclusions from research studies for local management teams.
- Liaise closely with the TM&D team to ensure effective Point of Purchase strategy implementation.
- Maintain a keen eye on budget simulations and volume-SOM projections for competition to gauge MKT Insights investment effectiveness.
- Establish strong relationships with agencies providing services for Marketing Insights Projects to guarantee smooth implementation.
Essential Requirements:
- Strong background in international brand development.
- A proactive approach to marketing, with a passion for innovative ideas.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Relevant degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering.
- Demonstrated project management expertise, commercial acumen, and analytical thinking.
