About the Job
The Demand Innovation Manager will be responsible for driving highly transparent cross-functional demand initiatives to achieve Workday's pipeline growth targets. This includes converting market demand to sales pipeline, operationalizing data solutions into GTM processes and practices, and supporting the development of strategic GTM plans.
Responsibilities

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need 5+ years of experience working in either GTM strategy and operations, management consulting, or business operations. Experience leading agile programs involving cross-functional teams and management levels is a plus. The ideal candidate should have excellent agile project/program management, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in GenAI sales pipeline use cases and strong understanding of SaaS funnel management are also required.
