We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Engineer to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our Performance and Productivity team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business intelligence solutions to support our global business.
**Responsibilities Include:**
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Designing and building reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Power BI and other tools.
- Developing and maintaining databases, data warehouses, and data lakes to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Analyzing complex data sets to identify trends and insights that drive business growth.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 5-7+ years' experience in a BI developer role with a solid understanding of technical, business, and operational process requirements.
- Proven expertise in data visualization, data modeling, and ETL development.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Looker, and other data visualization tools.
