About the Job

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze HR, finance, and compensation data. You will utilize advanced statistical methods to draw meaningful conclusions from large datasets and collaborate with teams to gather relevant data points for analysis.

Main Responsibilities

- Developing and maintaining HR metrics and KPIs to assess workforce effectiveness.

- Providing insights into employee engagement, retention, and performance.

- Analyzing budgetary trends and forecasting human capital expenses.

- Assisting in financial modeling related to workforce planning and cost optimization.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.

- 7+ years of experience in people analytics, data analysis, and dashboard creation.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
