Main Responsibilities:
- Evaluate scenarios to propose solutions for institutional change and improvement.
- Diagnose and mitigate risks through timely action plans.
- Maintain smooth communication with stakeholders and project parties.
- Define and validate tools for surveying organizational impacts.
- Survey impacts and identify gaps in the organizational structure.
- Participate in project governance meetings.
Qualifications:
- Professional degree in Organizational Development, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- 5 years of experience in designing organizational structures from digital transformation processes.
- Experience in at least one project related to Financial and Human Resources administration design.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in organizational restructuring projects in government institutions with union representation and pressure groups.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
