Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Processor to join our LAR Payroll team at Intel.

As a Payroll Processor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll, third-party, and termination payments.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing regular payroll audits and identifying areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with peers and Program Office to implement solutions
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Providing exceptional customer service to employees regarding salary deductions and changes in compensation
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the final control point prior to payroll and payment release
  • Identifying trends and proposing solutions to improve cycle throughput-time
  • Collaborating with peers and Program Office to implement process improvements
  • Developing and maintaining accurate reports and analytics
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders regarding payroll-related matters

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Systems, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of payroll experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
