About the Role:
The IT Compliance Specialist will be responsible for monitoring assigned IT controls, facilitating compliance with internal control standards, and working closely with security and operational teams to address issues/concerns identified.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of internal controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement remediation strategies.
- Provide training and guidance on compliance best practices.
- Assist in the development of policies and procedures related to IT governance.
Requirements:
Professional Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in risk and compliance with a focus on IT governance.
- Demonstrated expertise in Oracle, JDE, and other ERPs.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful remediation strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
