We are currently seeking an Operational Efficiency Specialist to join our team at Zm Financial Systems. As an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process and team of individuals responsible for processing analyst assignments globally.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in operational control, business process, and/or business analysis, with 5-10 years of experience. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to interact comfortably with different levels of management.
This is a limited duration employment opportunity, and we are looking for a highly organized and efficient individual who can meet tight deadlines and balance multiple competing priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end process for analyst assignments globally.
- Lead a team of individuals responsible for processing analyst assignments.
