At Equifax, we are seeking a highly skilled Operational Process Trainer to join our team. As an Operational Process Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training programs that enhance the knowledge and skills of new hires in assigned processes.
A key aspect of this role is assessing knowledge among trainees and communicating results to all parties involved. You will also oversee the maintenance of up-to-date documentation, plan and coordinate process flows for new associates, and hold calibration meetings with Business Owners, Subject Matter Experts, Team Leads, and Supervisors on any modifications to processes.
You will provide standard operating procedures and manuals to new hires, as well as any tools required to accomplish training. This includes procedures, processes, product, and client training in the classroom or virtually. The new hires will be tested and feedback provided to supervisory staff and Senior Management for calibration of classes.
The successful candidate will have experience in QA and operational targets, specifically Service Level, QA, Occupancy, and Utilization. They will also possess English language proficiency at level B2 or higher, and/or French language proficiency at level B2 or higher. Previous teaching experience is a plus.
