We are seeking a Compliance Risk Specialist to join our Seller Compliance Enablement unit focusing on streamlining our sellers' experience as they navigate compliance requirements. The selected candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that our catalog selection worldwide only offer products that meet safety and compliance standards.
About the Team

Our team's primary objectives include swiftly addressing and resolving any risks associated with unsafe and non-compliant products, creating a positive and seamless experience for our Selling Partners to meet their compliance obligations, enhancing external stakeholders' perception of our ability to offer safe products, and driving operational efficiency throughout the seller compliance process.
The Ideal Candidate
- Program Management Expertise
The successful candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in program or project management, with a strong background in environmental compliance and regulations. Additionally, they should have education or certification in areas such as Six Sigma, Lean Techniques, or Project Management Professional (PMP). They will demonstrate success in operations-oriented projects, working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams, and defining program management strategies.
