As we expand our operations, we are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Travel Design & Operations team as an Admin Assistant. This role will be responsible for supporting the Travel Designer with the organization and coordination of client trips.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Travel Designer to develop written itinerary files for client trips.
  • Confirm departure times with vendors and update data in Excel spreadsheets.
  • Manage RWT's social media presence on Instagram and Facebook.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Formal education in Travel or Tourism is considered an asset.
  • Fluent in English writing and speaking.
  • Quick thinking, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work calmly under time pressure.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, OneNote, Outlook).
  • Experience working remotely is considered an asset.
  • Experience working in the tourism industry.
  • Attention to detail, highly organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
