**Job Overview**
We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to oversee the overall operations of assigned properties. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a related field and possess strong leadership skills, customer service orientation, and proficiency in verbal and written English.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing company management standards, operating plans, and programs for the property; maintaining efficiency and adequacy of equipment; conducting regular coordination meetings with staff, company officers, and customers/clients; preparing and monitoring budgets for operations and maintenance against actual expenditures; ensuring accurate billing and collection; and ensuring strict compliance with government requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Oversee overall operations of assigned properties
• Implement company management standards, operating plans, and programs
• Maintain efficiency and adequacy of equipment
• Conduct regular coordination meetings with staff, company officers, and customers/clients
• Prepare and monitor budgets for operations and maintenance
• Ensure accurate billing and collection
• Ensure strict compliance with government requirements
**Requirements**
• At least 2 years of experience in a related field
• Strong leadership skills and customer service orientation
• Proficiency in verbal and written English
• Willingness to work in Lipa, Batangas
