About the Position

The Human Resources Coordinator will support the Benefits Administration Specialist in managing health and welfare programs at Sysco Costa Rica. This includes supporting employee enrollment, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance.

Main Duties
  1. Assist in administering benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short and long-term disability, and leave.
  2. Support employee communications and benefits-related inquiries.
  3. Contribute to analyzing and resolving benefits-related issues.
  4. Assist in ensuring compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and FMLA regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR or benefits administration
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
