Legal Counselor

We are seeking an experienced attorney to join our team as a legal counsel in Costa Rica. As a key member of our global workforce, you will be responsible for providing guidance on basic Costa Rican legal matters.

• Draft, edit, or summarize documents related to contracts, Powers of Attorney, and corporate documentation.
• Offer expert advice on employment, tax, real estate, and supply chain matters with high accuracy.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in Costa Rican law and excellent communication skills in English and Spanish. Portuguese language proficiency is a plus.

This position requires minimal supervision, but you may receive complex research assignments and appear as a representative in larger court matters. You may also provide direction to outside counsel on routine matters.
