Python Developer Lead

Gft Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Python Developer Lead to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
This role requires a deep understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and the ability to recommend solutions or improvements to complex business processes.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with Python, specifically with data science packs such as Pandas and Numpy. You should also be familiar with web front-end development, version control tools like Git, and CI/CD tools like Team City/Jenkins/Octopus.
In addition to your technical skills, you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex methodologies and results to the technical team.
You will work collaboratively with our local unit team initiatives and have the opportunity to lead, own, and drive projects from start to end, including leading other resources of similar or less experience.
The successful candidate will have a BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field, and demonstrable work experience as a Python developer or similar function.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
- Recommend solutions or improvements to complex business processes.
- Work collaboratively with the development team to design, implement, test, and maintain software systems.
- Develop well-designed, scalable, and testable code.
