Prysmian Group, a leading player in the cable and energy industry, seeks an experienced Product Development Manager to spearhead product category management approach implementation.

This role is based in Heredia, Costa Rica, serving Central America and the Caribbean Region. As Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for supporting local Commercial organizations with market intelligence information and goals/objectives follow-up for assigned product lines.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support trade marketing and logistic/inventory activities
• Provide inputs for the definition of product development roadmaps
• Develop tools and literature for Technical sales support

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Graduate degree in Engineering, Business (Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Economics), or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• From 2 to 5 years of Sales experience
• Industrial or electrical experience will be considered as a plus
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with peers and upper management
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access)
• Experience working in and leading cross-functional teams
• Advanced English
