**About the Job**

We're seeking an HCM Worday Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you'll work collaboratively with our teams to consult, provide recommendations, troubleshoot, research, and escalate issues as necessary.

**Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Digital Technology Solutions point of contact for Payroll, Time & Attendance requirements
  • Work collaboratively with HR teams to consult, provide recommendations, troubleshoot, research, and escalate issues as necessary
  • Proactively identify and initiate improvement opportunities around system, process, data and user experience, and recommend options to partners
  • Ensure data integrity by understanding and identifying opportunities to improve, working closely with cross-functional teams
  • Develop and maintain documentation for all phases of development - from requirements to change documentation
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies as Scrum Master

**Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Must possess a strong understanding of HR processes and data, business knowledge of compensation processes highly preferred
  • Requires conceptual and innovative thinking to develop solutions
  • Communicates complex ideas and is able to translate technical details to non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrates strong written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Advanced/Fluent English
