**Job Description**
Kyndryl is at the forefront of technology, dedicated to helping companies and individuals grow strong. As a Windows Server Administrator specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing, installing, administering, and optimizing overall control of servers.
You will provide technical support to ensure high Customer Happiness through Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Process Compliance. Additionally, you will perform business impact analysis and risk assessments to reduce the likelihood of significant service outages or disasters.
**Required Technical Expertise**
We are looking for an individual with minimum 3+ years of experience in Windows Infrastructure. Proficiency on VTAM, TCP/IP, APPN along with process documentation is essential.
You should be able to provide technical direction and coordination to resolver groups involved while participating in the Change Control Board and Change Control Process.
Experience on SCCM/System Center Configuration Manager along with integration experience with AD/Active Directory and Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V is also required.
Demonstrable ability in managing windows server 2008/2012/2016, L2 and proven expertise to respond to all systems alerts - error indicators, error messages, failures, and peripheral malfunctions is necessary.
**Preferred Skills**
Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work is desired.
Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management skills is also preferred.
Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed is a plus.
Microsoft Azure administration skills are also beneficial.
