- Develop and implement processes to enhance productivity, aligning with Citi's guidelines.
- Provide basic assistance and support to colleagues, ensuring a positive working environment.
- Service a wide range of products and services, leveraging your analytical skills and attention to detail.
Key Qualifications:
- Relevant experience: 2-4 years.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the organization, business, and its policies.
