Job Summary

The Accounts Receivable Intern will play a crucial role in supporting our Order to Cash end-to-end process in the Business Service Center. You will learn and complete daily tasks related to accounts receivable, including understanding procedures and activities required in the Order to Cash process.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the North American organization to complete tasks according to Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI) established by leadership.
  • Support the correspondent team on daily tasks assigned, with proper follow-up and correct process resolution abilities.
  • Adhere to a teamwork environment, which involves collaboration, active participation, and task resolution.
  • Follow and implement best practices and processes defined by the company, working with high standards of quality.
  • Initiate communications with internal and external customers.
  • Participate in status meetings and attend internal training.
  • Perform other functions related to the position.

Qualifications

  • Technical High School graduate or student in accounting or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of computer skills, including MS Office (Excel) and Adobe Reader.
  • Desired but not required experience with SAP and other ERP systems.
  • English level B2+
