About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Trainee to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a Sales Trainee, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving business objectives and developing sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track customer loyalty programs
  • Track and analyze sales data and market trends
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth
  • Analyze market data and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
