The Automation Developer II position requires strong technical expertise in automation technologies such as RPA, AI, ML, NLP, APIs, Git, Low Code/No Code. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions using automation technologies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain solutions that leverage automation technologies such as RPA, AI, ML, NLP, APIs, Git, Low Code/No Code.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with QAs to develop testing processes, frameworks, and automation strategies.
- Assist Product Owners by scoping the proposed solution leading to accurate cost and time estimates.
- Collaborate in an agile and cross-functional team with other Squads to blend various fields and technologies to translate business requirements into User Stories that can be implemented by the Development team.
- Provide technical support and guidance to peers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners.
Requirements:
- Experience using one or more of the following tools: UiPath (desired), Power Platform, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Open Bots, etc.
- Acquaintance with following concepts: RPA, AI, ML, NLP, APIs, Git, Low code/No code.
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or equivalent experience in the area of Automation.
- At least 2 o 3 years of hands-on IT/computing experience.
- Proficiency in one or more of the following languages VB,.NET, C#.
- Experience using ticketing management systems such as JIRA or similar.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with Agile software development methodology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+).
