**About the Role:**
We are seeking an experienced Operations Center Team Lead to join our team at Auxis. As a critical member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our clients' infrastructure environments. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead the planning, prioritization, and execution of the patching management program across the client's infrastructure.
- Ensure the team reacts to events to maintain the highest level of systems and infrastructure availability.
- Work closely with the IT Service Desk, Engineering team, and vendors to expedite issue resolution.
- Review logs of events regularly depending on the organization's requirements.
**Requirements:**
- At least 3+ years of experience in a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in leading teams roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT Technical degree or equivalent working experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Basic knowledge of the ITIL framework.
- Certified is preferred.
