Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO, etc.)
- Conduct root cause analysis and lead problem-solving initiatives to improve process efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process validation and Six Sigma projects
- Utilize Minitab statistical software to analyze data and drive business decisions
- Provide training and support to team members on quality-related topics and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science (e.g., Pharmacy, Microbiology, Physics, Chemistry)
- Advanced English language proficiency (written and spoken)
- At least 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industries
- Project management experience and knowledge of MS Project are assets
- Knowledge of software validation and certification as a Quality Engineer or Green Belt are pluses
