Job Overview
TransUnion seeks a skilled Content Creation Strategist to support the Customer Experience Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation, management, and governance on our sales enablement/content platform.

About You
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in content creation and management. You will have a proven track record of success in developing engaging content and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with business objectives
- Create high-quality content that resonates with target audiences
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless content deployment
- Analyze data to inform content decisions and drive continuous improvement
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Communications, Marketing, English)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in content creation and management
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Strong technical proficiency with Seismic or comparable sales enablement platforms
- Desired: bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese, or experience with Salesforce CRM software
