Responsabilidades del Product Owner

El Product Owner es el líder del esfuerzo de entrega de la Plataforma de Datos Central, una solución nativa en la nube para adquirir y gestionar datos de la empresa, a través de varias actividades clave. El PO conduce la visión de la plataforma al equipo de entrega, destacando y priorizando el trabajo basado en el valor empresarial, mantiene relaciones con los stakeholders para asegurarse de que sus intereses informen la ruta de producto y actúa como el contacto principal para información y toma de decisiones. Como miembro clave de la organización de Datos y Análisis, este rol contribuye al desarrollo y ejecución de la estrategia de datos de la empresa.

Responsabilidades
  • Implementar la política y estrategia para resultados a corto plazo e influir en otros fuera de su área de trabajo respecto a políticas, prácticas y procedimientos.
  • La toma de decisiones está guiada por una mentalidad centrada en el cliente y los objetivos estratégicos de la área de especialización.
  • Apoyar las relaciones a través de habilidades de comunicación y negociación sólidas con clientes internos y externos, stakeholders y liderazgo ejecutivo.
  • Colaborar con clientes internos y externos para comprender y anticipar sus necesidades y traducirlas en un backlog de soluciones consistente en epics y características, equilibrando las necesidades de múltiples clientes internos y externos para crear una ruta de solución.
  • Comunicar la visión de la solución y la ruta de solución con los gerentes de producto y arquitectos para apoyar la creación de una ruta de producto que desglose los epics y características en historias de usuario y historias de habilitación, proporcionando entradas y aclaraciones para los criterios de aceptación.
  • Supervisar todas las etapas de la creación de productos, incluida la diseño y el desarrollo, monitorear y evaluar el progreso del producto en cada etapa del proceso.
  • Liaison con el equipo de productos y usuarios finales para identificar y rastrear KPIs y métricas, proporcionar actualizaciones a los stakeholders y liderazgo ejecutivo.
  • Participar en ceremonias ágiles, incluyendo presentar la visión y revisar el plan durante los eventos de planificación de PI.
  • Impulsar mejoras continuas e identificar riesgos, abordarlos de manera oportuna.
  • Trabajar con equipos para eliminar obstáculos y abordar cualquier dependencia.
Requisitos

Requisitos mínimos

  • Grado de Bachillerato en Ciencias o Artes o experiencia equivalente (debe)
  • 8 años de experiencia en Servicios de TI compartidos y/o Operaciones de datos con 3 años de desarrollo / operaciones en la nube (deseado)
  • Experiencia trabajando en un proceso de desarrollo ágil (con inclinación hacia el marco SAFe) y operando en un DevSecOps (debe)
  • Experiencia gestionando múltiples entregables de proyectos que comprenden ciclos de desarrollo cortos y largos sin supervisión (debe)
  • Habilidades de comunicación y relaciones interpersonales excelentes para explicar conceptos complejos y tecnologías a audiencias diversas (debe)
  • Experiencia colaborando con equipos de productos técnicos, incluidos recursos offshore y trabajando en entornos matriciales (debe)
  • Habilidades y conocimientos de liderazgo de servicio, facilitación, conciencia situacional, resolución de conflictos, mejora continua, empoderamiento y observabilidad (debe)
  • Experiencia trabajando en entornos CI/CD y herramientas asociadas (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab, Bamboo, etc...) (deseado)
  • Conocimientos de estándares y mejores prácticas de seguridad (deseado)
  • Pasión por la tecnología y compromiso con la mejora continua (deseado)

Requisitos preferidos

  • Competencia para desarrollar y operar soluciones en tecnologías de datos nativas de la nube de AWS, como Redshift, Aurora, Glue, Athena, Kinesis, DynamoDB, etc. Experiencia con tecnologías similares de plataformas de otros proveedores líderes de la nube, como Azure o Google Cloud, también bienvenidas
  • Familiaridad con Arquitecturas Orientadas a Servicios (SOA) y Arquitecturas Orientadas a Eventos (EDA)
  • Capacidad demostrada para entregar iniciativas técnicas grandes a través de múltiples dimensiones (por ejemplo, decisiones técnicas, responsabilidad fiscal, gestión de cambio, etc...)
