We're seeking a skilled AML Compliance Officer to join our team in Costa Rica. As a key member of our compliance group, you'll play a critical role in preventing financial crimes and ensuring our agents comply with regulatory requirements.
Your primary responsibilities will include conducting on-site/offsite/virtual inspections, implementing AML practices and procedures, evaluating and providing training and resources to our agents, analyzing transactions for suspicious activity, and working closely with our local AML team to develop and implement effective AML programs.
To succeed in this role, you'll need strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities (English B2+ and Spanish), and the ability to build relationships with our agents while driving remediation actions to ensure compliance.
