Job Description

This role will lead all operations for Selina Tours in the location, maintaining relationships with the community around it. The key responsibilities include:

  • Manage and lead all Selina Tours operations
  • Design optimal business models for existing and new properties
  • Establish and maintain relationships and partnerships with third parties
  • Source innovative and exciting experiences for guests
  • Report on all business activity and motivate location teams to proactively sell and manage tours

The ideal candidate will have:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Minimum of three years working in the tours/travel industry
  • History of living and traveling within Latin America
  • Experience working with travel agencies and tour operators
  • Well-versed in systems and financial reporting norms
