We are looking for a highly skilled React Developer to join our team. As a React Developer, you will be responsible for developing new user-facing features using React.js. You will also be building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use. Additionally, you will translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code and optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- At least 3 years with React.js and its core principles.
- Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
- Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus.
- Working experience using AJAX, web services, and REST APIs using JSON.
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
- Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
- Familiarity with code versioning tools.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, able to follow fast-paced technical discussions.
