Intake Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our team as an Intake Specialist in Costa Rica. The ideal candidate will have experience working on personal injury cases with a law firm and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating prospective client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and supervising new client onboarding and current client files. Additionally, they will work with our marketing team to collaborate on outbound sales tactics and partnerships with other law firms.

Requirements include experience in a similar role, knowledge of basic office equipment and technology, and excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel, is also required.
