">Main Responsibilities
">- Provide accurate and timely delivery of ELA Install Base work, primarily supporting Deal Management and Sales teams.
- Drive faster deal closures by offering advisory support to sales/DMT organizations.
- Maintain deep knowledge of Service Contracts and Install Base to ensure informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with GTM Shared Services stakeholders to address issues and prioritize business needs.
- Ensure SLAs are met and delivery expectations are exceeded.
Required Skills and Qualifications
